Your event inquiry
When you submit our form, we collect the contact and event details you provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, date, guest count and event preferences. We use them to respond, discuss availability, prepare proposals and manage your booking inquiry.
The services we use
Our website is hosted with Namecheap. Our inquiry form and customer relationship tools are provided by GoHighLevel / LeadConnector. Authorized members of the Mac’s event team and Ghiringhelli Marketing receive inquiries and manage follow-up. Service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information and form activity to operate and protect these services.
Measurement and video
Your cookie choice is saved in your browser. If you allow measurement, the Meta Pixel receives page activity and campaign attribution to help us measure advertising, including successful inquiries. If you allow measurement, GoHighLevel records website page activity and campaign attribution in our CRM analytics. GoHighLevel also sends a successful inquiry event to Meta through its Conversions API, with contact-matching identifiers such as a hashed email address or phone number and available advertising attribution. We do not send the contents of your event description through the website Pixel. Choosing essential only keeps optional site measurement off. We also respect a browser’s Global Privacy Control signal for optional site tracking.
Venue films load from YouTube only when you choose to play them. YouTube then receives connection and playback information under its own privacy terms. Our embedded inquiry form is operated by LeadConnector and is needed to send your inquiry.
Contact and choices
To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or stop follow-up, email david@ghiringhellimarketing.com. We retain inquiry information as needed to handle requests, bookings and business records. Please do not submit payment card details or sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.
Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for promotional text messages. You can ask us to stop emailing at any time. Use “Cookie choices” in the footer to review optional measurement.
